Starting with Windows Vista, Microsoft is discontinuing support of Help files because they no longer meet Microsoft standards.

However, users can go to http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkID=82148 and download a copy of WinHlp32.exe which will run in Windows Vista and (for a while) subsequent releases. You can see the full story from Microsoft at
